Just assembled this one. It's quite nice. A couple things to bear in mind:
-As with all inside/outside paper models you'll need to be a little careful with alignment. Some trimming and or touch-up painting may be necessary unless you're quite a lot more meticulous than I am. This is fairly easy to do, but it adds a step or two.
-As with all ruins models there's quite a bit more cutting for the model size than you'd have for an intact building.
- If you're like me and you need the "guidelines" to help determine where to cut and fold you may encounter some problems in a spot or two with this model. The top of the chimney and one or two other places are so dark (essentially black) that these lines disappear into the background. (I ended up replacing the chimney top on my model with a piece I cut out and painted myself - again not very hard but it adds a step.)
All in all it's quite a nice model. I haven't done it yet but the layers allow you to select the chimney or not - I think you could do two builds, throw a little rubble down the center of the "room" and have a nice ruined house - especially with a little extra creative snipping to make the model less symmetrical.
