Violent Skies is a dead simple, elegant and fast playing game of aerial warfare as viewed from the perspective of a single fighter pilot engaging in 1v1 fights with an equally motivated enemy fighter or bomber. If you try to play it safe, you will end up with a bandit on your tail; if you try to be too aggressive, you will run low on energy and options. Deciding when to go offensive, defensive or bug out to fight another day is the core of this system.
