Love this game. Really feels like being a dark wizard and there are so many different ways to build your necromancer, minions etc. I feel like there are lots of tactical options both during the fight and outside of fights. There is a bit of randomness particularly with some attacks like negative bolt that deal between 1 and 10 damage (a huge range in this game!) but legitimately that made it really quite exciting to play. Another great game from Snarling Badger Studios. I'll keep coming back for more :D

Havent played a game of it yet but Looking forward to it. Diving into the Character cration there are enough options for you to make your character feel unique but not so many its overwhelming. Gameplay seems snappy and fun from what i have read. cant wait to get started with it.

Totally amazing game, well written rules. simple to learn and pick up. if you play tabletop games you already have the minis, the initiative mechanism is the best!

This game is so fun and so easy to get to the table if you are a miniatures user. If you have any sort of collection of skeletons, ghosts, zombies you will definitely be able to get this game on the table and have a blast. I was surprised how quickly I became invested in the story of my necromancer and his minions. I'm already excited to start a second campaign. There is a little paperwork to do when you build your necromancer, before you can get playing, but certainly a lot less than making a RPG character (for most games). If you have a collection of fantasy models and terrain, you should pick this one up.

I really enjoy the game overall, but I was a little disappointed by the cards. Having the Hero types on cards is really helpful, but having the minions and the lair cards is a lot less helpful since you can write those down on the provided roster. It would have been a lot moe helpful to have the Necromantic Powers listed on cards, since you reference those regularly and the information is more individualized per each power and ability. I would get a lot more use out of Necromantic Power cards than I would the Lair or Minion cards. I recommend the game 100% it's a blast, but this card pack isn't as useful as it could have been.

I love games that can be played solo in addition to playing with friends. The combination of solo, co-op and skirmish play is excellent, and strikes a good balance for switching between modes. Add to that the surprisingly deep advancement system for both the necromancer and the necromancer's lair, and you've got really fun game in hands.

Great game! Have been having a ton of fun with my friends playing this, and introducing them to some streamlined wargaming mechanics.

Excellent skirmish wargame that gives you great opportunity to make fun use of commonly available models. Making your necromancer of a breeze, and gives good vibes of replayability by selecting different necromantic legacies (classes) for different playthroughs. Nice variety of minions, that each play differently and are tiered in a meaningful way.
Missions are straightforward and include an advanced (hard) mode that further increases replay value. The post-game process is cool too, where you roll for permanent injuries to your minions and create new ones, and level up your necromancer. I've played a few solo missions and this game's vibe is a serious 10/10. I'm looking forward to sinking numerous hours into this one!

Solo campaign for Reign In Hell... I've played it to fruition and it's a fun ride... not overly complex, and a couple of the missions were on the easy side, but it's simple to toggle difficulty if you want... the final boss took me several tries to conquer... Going forward all of Vince and Adam's games have a solo component to them, so this was their first swing at it. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and gave me hours of fun.

Super fun brutal melee skirmish game... Mini agnostic so you can use anything in your collection to build your cabal. I've really had a great time with this system

This is looking great. It's simple enough to be easy to pick up, but packs loads of options to really customise the way you want to play, and full of dark, grungy flavour.

This game is great. Adam and Vince doing better and better with every year. There is progress as they gains experience and the quality is rising, both in game experience and game design.

Fun simple ruleset that is pretty quick to learn, but still offers some depth and challenge. Looking forward to converting my friends to have some Necromanver v. Necromancer skirmish battles in the lands of Deth. PDF included with Print purchase is a phenomenal bonus and beautiful layout with wonderful artwork to fuel your imagination while you create your undead horde.

A fun game that feels like a mix between a roleplaying game and a wargame. I've had great fun! Deiter, thus far, has raided the same little village a few times, building his horde of rattlers, obviously a justified act of revenge for all the chores they made him do as a child. Those monsters!
The game is written well. I love the art - very reminiscent of the work in Mordheim all those years ago. The price point is great - Tho, as already mentioned in other comments, the cards are just oo pricy. It would have been nice to include a 'cut out' version for them on the PDF because...
... there is a TON of page-flipping. The one downside to this game. It would have been nice to include these so we could make our own while the poshest of us could order the cards professionally made. Other than that, though, I'm pretty chuffed with the product thus far. I can see this whiling away the dark hours of winter with this game.
Oh... we need demons and giant rat minions too... just saying.
