The Rules
Clear and informative. Nice layout, fairly logical order of presentation. The translation from German to English is good, I haven't run across much in the way of confusing sentence structure.
The Scenarios
Very useful scenarios that can be modified for a lot of other skirmish games.
The Fluff
Well written and entertaining. Helps set the stage for this game world.
The Artwork
Beautiful illustrations and photography. A lot of material to inspire your creativity for painting your figures and designing your terrain.
Disclaimer: I have not yet played a game using these rules. The rules seem to be quite playable. I may need to revise this later after a few games.
