The way the missions build, and the game area & objective token setup tie into the story of each mission, the campaign is top notch in the way it makes the game play of Age of Fantasy: Quest shine!

At the Moment the most enjoyable miniature game I play.

Great game. Great price. Great job stomping out the heresy that has overtaken a once proud game. You have given fresh life to a rotting corpse and it is glorious!

It's alright. I wish for something like a world book that it would have gone in-depth with more of the factions. Don't get me wrong, the art is wonderful, I like the background history of the game so far, I just wish the factions had more meat in their lore. Like, what are the Saurians up to? How did they emerge in this world? What consequences did The Great Rift opening up have for them? We don't know, check the website I guess!
I'm trying to say this is meant to be constructive. I've been following this game ever since I got my hands on a 3d printer. The art is wonderful and they're able to create factions The Big Guys could only dream of. Their games are a great deal of fun! I just wish I could cut my teeth more on this world that they've created.

Hello Jacob,
The world book is meant to give some insight into the world of Age of Fantasy.
We'll be releasing Faction books in the future, that will go into the lore of each Faction more in depth. |

This is everything I have been wanting these past ten years. All my favorite things, but better, and page after page of options to bolt on to make as complex or simple a game as you like. Outstanding!

Come to this game, because I was overwhelmed by rules bloat that I saw in Kill Team. And this game finally give me a reason to play with my miniatures (I cancelled my listings to sell part of my Blood Angels aka. Blood Brothers).

My first table top war game. I really like it. I have been teaching it to my kids and grandkids.

The book itself is great, but I really wish they made a print-friendly version. Their website has a free print-friendly version of the basic rules, I'd love to print this as well without wasting all that ink.

Fun Setting
It feels like a mix of Rimworld and Star Wars :) The Radiance also makes it a great crossover setting. It would also be interesting to learn about other Sectors.
4 out of 5 stars only because the descriptions repeat themselves in places. The authors revisit the human history what feels like three times.
The history of the elves, orcs and dwarfs is well told but a bit too superficial. Describing individual clans would have added more depth - and inspiration for custom lists :)

Fast to learn, pretty well balanced.
Ran the game for ten to fourteen years old players, the grabbed the gist very quickly.

Great introduction to Grimdark, a lot of world building not only about war and factions but life in general. Hyped for the fantasy one.
(It's not a 5 stars just because sometimes it repeat itself, lowering the engagement when reading.)

I enjoyed this and do not regret buying it but I do have a few issues with it. This is more of a teaser, sampler than covering anything in deapth. I don't think it focused enough on the setting itself and does vear off into some genericish Space Opera. I do love me some Space Opera and there are some good ideas in there but very few things feel developed enough. There is good art and some interesting ideas but this feels a little lacking and makes me want something with more substance.

I really like the World Book. It apperes to me as not very "Grimdark", however its not a problem for me, I prefer that there is more hope then lets say 40k universe. However If the publisher intended it to be grimdark, I think they should show it a little bit more in an updated version.
The pictures are very beutifull and colorfull, and the story is interesting. I like especially the story of the Elves, Dwarfs and Orcs, also the pictures of the Elves. It inspired me to start colecting a new army (the HF Elves).
I can recomend it to any OPR fan, who is interested in the lore of the Grimdark Future.

Great, but more space on the Sirius Sector and less on the general Galaxy would have been good.
