Fold Flat Terrain Scenario Pack 4

Watermarked PDF

Manoeuvre Group is pleased to announce the release of Scenario Pack 4 in its Fold Flat Terrain Range Manoeuvre Group battle game is designed to be as good on Urban terrain as it on rolling open terrain. To get a realistic battle you need a lot of terrain, Even a dedicated room can soon run out of space to store a section of rolling country. Manoeuvre Group fold flat terrain is a new approach to 1/72 terrain. It goes from flat to 3D in seconds and back again at the end of the day. The basic hill half section is 60mm (2&frac;12; Inch approx,) tall, 200 mm long (8 inch approx.) and 240mm wide 9&frac;12; inch) at the bottom. The unique design means you have freedom to design the battlefield you want not what your hills dictate. They can line the edge of the board as well as make free standing hills. The picture shows a set of the hills and the standard A4 box they fit into before and after the game. For the set shown they were back in the box file in under 2 minutes! The hills are strong enough to support standard die cast tanks and models. Obviously being a hill its suitable for any rules, scale or period. Simply print out the models on coloured card to get the basic colour of your terrain and then mist with spray paint to add a more realistic look. The pack contaims images for:- A standard straight section, Large standard corner and left and right hand ‘T’ sections. Later releases will allow you to build even bigger hills. Pack 5 – hopefully out September will have yet more releases but who knows what.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
