AWAKENING OF THE DEAD - Iron Cross Micro game

"A small group of Russian soldiers was retreating from a German counter-attack on the Ukraine border. Caught off guard and very tired, they decided to seek shelter and ended up finding an old abandoned warehouse. Upon arrival, they took refuge there, positioning their machine guns and taking turns on watch duty. They were tired and quite tense, especially with strange reports that dead soldiers were rising due to some cursed German magic. Even though these were rumors, there were soldiers who claimed to have fought these abominations.
It was a night of a full moon, and the soldiers were on watch when a moan sent shivers down everyone's spine. Illuminated by the moon, humanoid figures walked towards them in a staggering and moribund cadence. It was not possible to see their faces, but their strange walk left everyone astonished.

They began to shout, "Stop or we will shoot!" receiving only grunts and moans.

One of the soldiers grabbed a flashlight and decided to illuminate those stumbling figures, and to his horror, the reality was terrible! The face of death was without its features, under the form of flesh rotten and consumed by worms. Some of them had no eyes in the sockets or a fleshless face! The remains of uniforms, both German and Russian, revealed a frightening truth: these were soldiers who had risen from the dead and now came in search of vengeance.
Without mercy, the soldiers began to shoot at those hideous figures! It was a matter of life or death."

Awekening of the Dead is a small micro game for 2 playes (solitaire too) based in Iron Cross/Hotwar 2 rules. It´s for fun and good times with your friends. The rules are simple and fast. For your game tables!
