A little welcome from us to you.  Stoelzel’s Structures is proud to announce a new series of modern –day homes intended for 28mm wargaming terrain for any 20^th to 21^st century gaming.  This terrain project was designed specifically to be built on standard 5 mm foamcore, for added durability and general heft.  Each of our modern day homes come with a fully modeled interior, which is accessible for game play by removing the roof.

Our neighborhoods promote diversity.  Our modern day homes come with additional exterior paint jobs for added diversity.  With one purchase, a modeler could create an entire neighborhood for gaming.  Purchase additional projects for architectural diversity.

Our units are move-in-ready.  Each home comes with a selection of furniture to decorate and populate the house.  More furniture will come in future releases.  Mix and match furniture between projects.

Each listing has real curb appeal.  Products are rendered at 300 D.P.I.

Our listings include various levels of fixer-uppers for the do-it-yourself types.  Each of our products is designed for ease of build.    Most home renovation projects found here can be finished in under an hour.    But we are not afraid of listings for the real hardcore D.I.Y. with a lot of go-get-‘em.  Some of our modular projects can continue to be expanded to fill an entire gaming table.
