These mercenary captains will recruit a dour and taciturn fellow soldier who can be trusted around gold and jewels. Together the Captain and Paymaaster will begin frequenting the brothels, taverns and dives recruiting sellswords, cutthroats, second story men, former soldiers and other violent riff raff. They will then hire out their services to a city state or mercantile concern to guard property of take it from someone else. Occasionally a mercenary captain will have the opportunity to team up with a wizard who can vastly increase a mercenary armies' desirability to an employer. These wizards can heal the wounded, raise morale or make large fiery explosions happen to the enemy ranks or keep such things from happenin to friendly troops. Beast masters are hired usually alon with whatever beastie the master has been training. Beastmasters will often ride monsters into battle or serve as a liason with a monsterous infantry unit like trolls and ogres, if they survive the negotiation phase.</p>
<p>Get Some! Fantasy Warfare is about getting your models out and playing an enjoyable wargame for a couple of hours with your buddies. It is NOT about WAAC (Winning at all Costs) but about designing an army that fits your collection and play style as well as the background for the Universe you are playing in. Tactics and Command should play the pivotal roles in the battel as well as a little bit of Luck and NOT pimped out units. Armies should be a mix of Melee, Ranged and Magical/Monsterous units. Each should check some of the power of the others in the rock, paper, scissors kind of way, which is similar to actual warfare.Above all remember the</p>

<p><strong><br /></strong>Based on the 1inch grid scale, these 10x10inch tiles will be compatible with other fantasy gaming products (miniature figures, tiles, erase-dry battle-mats, gaming paper etc.) commonly used to illustrate tabletop dungeons.</p>

The five levels include a basement, three main floors, and an attic each with multiple rooms. This product includes the image files for your virtual tabletop (VTT).&nbsp;<br /><br />The asylum can be used in Victorian era games to modern pulp games with a bent towards the Horror side of those genres.&nbsp;<br /><br /><strong><span>Excerpt from Savage Insider Issue #9:</span></strong><br /><br />Nestled quietly 25 miles southwest of Rochester, New York sits the lair of a madman. It wasn&rsquo;t always a madman&rsquo;s lair; it was once a large, prominent asylum for the psychotically challenged. Some may call it a home for crazies, but the doctors who resided there considered it an opportunity to test new theories and treatment for the curing of psychosis. This was 24 years ago as the facility was shutdown in 1875 and only the echoes of its past remain.<br /><br /><em>The Asylum</em>&nbsp;is designed to be placed into any setting based in the Victorian era or utilizing Victorian styling. It is fantasy horror and the applicable setting should have some type of emphasis on horror. If running the adventure in a setting<span>&nbsp;like<em>Judgement Day&nbsp;</em></span>where the Player Characters are hunters of supernatural beings, they have been assigned to investigate the goings on outside of Rochester after receiving reports of mutated human sightings during the kidnappings. The goal of the team is simple: eradicate the threat at all costs.<br /><br />If&nbsp;<em>The Asylum</em>&nbsp;is being placed in an investigative setting, the Player Characters will be assigned to investigate the sighting, in a similar fashion, but their goal should be one of extreme caution.
