Loved this game, as did my gaming group. I put a more detailed reason why on rpg.net here: http://www.rpg.net/reviews/archive/16/16141.phtml

Terrace Houses - Cardstock building
by Keith B. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 06/13/2012 21:01:28

As with the shops, the printouts were very good. As with the shops, different styles of doors and windows as seperate cut out items would be welcome to avoid the "little boxes, ticky tacky" effect.

The Shops - Cardstock building

I haven't assembled these yet but they printed out very well. It would have been nice to see all shops with pristine windows and the addition of seperate smashed windows, boardings etc so that the assembler would have the opportunity to pick and choose the appearance. the same could be said for the doorways.

Road sections for 28mm wargaming
by Matthew B. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 04/15/2012 11:43:29

There are lots of roads out there, but in my experience they are all suited to American or European layouts. This is the first one I've seen made to represent British streets, and it comes at a great price. The roads themselves are nicely textured, and look like they've seen a lot of use. Sadly this attention to detail doesn't carry across to the pavements, which are a simple grey with black lines to represent paving slabs. Adequate, but rather bland to look at. As with the previous reviewer, I would have liked to see something that could be used for older roads, the yellow markings being a touch too modern to represent my preferred period, the 60's and 70's. That's a minor quibble though. This product was meant to support the publisher's own game, and I'm glad it can be used for others set in Britain. The latest update, adding a crossroad and traffic cones, just adds to the value.

Overall: Lack of detail on the pavements and relative modernity do not significantly detract from this very reasonably priced road set.

The Shops - Cardstock building

Another great item.

Would it be possible to do a variation for an earlier (WW2) period or even make an overlay to convert the signs and windows ?

Quality product.

Is it possible to make the roads without yellow lines on the roads so they could be used for earlier periods.

Terrace Houses - Cardstock building
by PAUL B. [Verified Purchaser] Date Added: 03/27/2012 12:56:26

Nice buildings and good colours.

Would it be possible to have some WW2 style doors that could replace the more modern ones. This would allow the terraced buildings to be used for earlier periods.
