This is a Windows wargaming and RPG tool that helps game masters generate "random" items from lists. It does not support a full discrete set combinatorial algebra. Nor do you have to know what that is to use it. Just type up some plain ol' text lists of stuff, drag and drop them around the interface, and hit the button.

Pipes, silos, storage tanks, and baths have been a part of the human made terrain from the times of the Roman Empire (and before, in some locations) and will likely continue to be so into the indeterminate future. Add to this ubiquity that they look really cool on the table, and you just know you have to have them on yours.
